The 2012 International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI 2012) will be held in Yantai, China. Yantai was listed as one of the world's most inhabitable places by the United Nations and was recognized as the "most charming city of China" by China Central Television. Undulating hills rise above the area's many rivers and are framed by beaches and neighboring islands. Famous tourist attractions include the Tashan Mountain, Kongdong Island, and Penglai Pavilion Scenic Area. Seafood and fruits are plentiful in Yantai.
All papers in the conference proceedings will be indexed in both Ei Compendex and ISTP, as well as included in IEEE Xplore (IEEE Conference Record #19873; IEEE Catalog Number CFP1273R-CDR; ISBN: 978-1-4673-0197-8). Extended versions of excellent papers will be published in an ICSAI 2012
special issue of Computer Science and Information Systems, a SCI-indexed international journal. ICSAI 2012 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society and aims to be a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of systems and informatics. The registration fee of US$400 includes proceedings, lunches, dinners, banquet, coffee breaks, and all technical sessions.
